In a nutshell, moved to Austin in 2019 (life goal, check) & bought Downtown Burgers food truck, which has been a staple of downtown Austin for nearly a decade.

 

I have over 20 years experience in all aspects of the restaurant industry as well as previously owning my own ice cream business.
